Shipping
- All orders are sent by Australia Post. We can deliver to residential, business, and PO Box addresses.
- We generally ship within one business day. You will be able to use the tracking number provided for shipping status inquiries.
- Delivery times will vary based on location but are estimated at 3-5 business days for metro areas.
- Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot be responsible for delivery timeframes. Proactive Baby Care will not be liable or responsible if Australia Post fails to make the quoted delivery timetable. For more information, visit auspost.com.au.
Returns & Refunds
Our Guarantee
- Services and Membership Programs:
Any programs offered by the Site are backed by a 7 Day money-back guarantee, unless otherwise specified on the product page.- Conditions: You must have applied what you've learned in the program(s), attended and/or watched the online training, and reached out to our support desk for advice if things aren't going to plan. If we've looked at your specific situation, offered our advice, and you are still unable to get results despite implementing our advice, we will refund your money.
- Please Note: There are no refunds for personal consulting, digital products under $80, or if the 7-day guarantee period has expired. All refunds are subject to a 30% administration fee that will be deducted from the original purchase amount.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at info@proactivebabycare.com with your order number and a description/photographs of the damage.
- We will be happy to offer you a replacement or a full refund.
- Return Window: Damaged or defective products must be returned to us within 14 days of the purchase date to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
- Shipping: We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective products. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased (if available), or a refund will be given if the product cannot be replaced.
Change of Mind Returns
- Please choose carefully, as due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns for Qiara Probiotics simply because:
- You have changed your mind after purchase.
- You made an error in your order.
- The product has passed its expiry date while in your possession.
- In line with Australian law and public health and safety regulations, you may return the product for refund:
- If you experience an adverse reaction or event that can be directly attributed to the product or any of its ingredients.
- Your medical practitioner advises you not to consume the product.
- The product is recalled.
Incorrect Product Delivered
- If you receive an incorrect product, our Customer Service Team will investigate and provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return the incorrect item.
- You can then choose to either have the correct product re-delivered at our cost or receive a full refund.
- Items must be returned in original packaging in good condition.
Cancelled Orders
- Orders cancelled at the customer's request may incur a fee of $10 or 10% of the order value (whichever is greater). This is chargeable at the discretion of management.
- Cancelled orders that have been shipped must be returned to us at the customer's expense.
- The product to be returned must be packed securely in original, undamaged packaging and must be sent via registered post to allow for tracking.
- Please note: The customer is responsible for the product until it is received by us. Products that have been tampered with cannot be refunded, and the returned product must be in a saleable condition. Postage costs will not be refunded.
